The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media/Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in ensuring the company’s many brands are targeting the correct demographic via the most relevant social media and marketing

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
• Develop compelling and engaging content
• Create weekly content calendar
• Assess social media metrics to strategically post content
• Monitor social media trends and algorithms
• Efficiently respond to post engagements
• Creatively brainstorm ways to improve and expand social media platforms
• Assist on photo shoots and other content creation

Requirements

• Majoring/Majored in marketing, journalism, graphic design, advertising, public relations, or a related field.
• Social media management experience
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service experience with proven ability to solve problems
• Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
• Comfortable working with Canva, Adobe, Illustrator, or other design software
• Energetic, creative, resilient, and team-oriented
• Understanding of marketing strategy
