OneClickApp is a tech startup focused solely on providing solutions for Chick-fil-A™ restaurants. Being a developer and working at Chick-fil-A™ for 3 years, James Finlinson noticed major inefficiencies and pain points in his manager’s processes. He developed the OneClickApp software to help increase employee efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Since his store in Ammon, Idaho has experienced massive growth over a period of 2 years while using this software, they wanted to share it with the rest of Chick-fil-A™ and they partered up with UpTech Sh.p.k to do it!
The Challenge
Website and Platform Relaunch
In order to quickly increase awareness and gain market share with a professional and convincing digital presence, OneClickApp needed a new, modern website and platform. They wanted to update the platform’s design and optimize the User Experience, to make it more efficient and intuitive.
Adding new features
OneClickApp was expanding rapidly, and they needed to add new features to the software in order to satisfy the needs of their customers. They asked for our expertise in conceptualizing, designing and building the features that would help them grow.
Creating an admin panel
The main feature the Purpose Finder team wanted to add was the Admin panel. Before partnering with us, their developers were coding to adapt the software to the needs of every restaurant. They wanted us to create a panel that would allow the users to adapt the software automatically to their specific needs.

Improved UI/UX
In order to develop a successful app for OneClickApp, our expert designers built an intuitive design and experience that made it as simple as possible to use. We collaborated with OneClickApp’s stakeholders to develop their style better (including color palettes, logo designs and layouts) that harmonized with the company culture.
Expert Product management
From product vision statements and roadmaps to requirements management and UAT, through market analysis and project or portfolio management, UpTech Sh.p.k’s product manager provided hands-on consulting support services for OneClickApp’s team. The product manager handled all the new features, and made sure they fit in perfectly with the new look of the platform.
Tailored software development
With Agile development, CI/CD pipeline, DevOps approach, and a balanced mix of manual and automated testing, our developing teams built the new features and the product changes as soon as possible. They made sure everything was running smoothly, while adding the other features and transforming the platform.

The Results
Once the software was ready and relaunched, OneClickApp saw a vast improvement in their existing users experience in the platform. The new look and added features invited a variety of other Chick-Fil-A restaurants from across the country to buy and adapt the software into the business.
